We offer the location for construction of tourist complex on the sea coast in the northern part of small town of Prčanj, near Kotor

It consists of main hotel facility (3127m²) and 6 luxury villas (283m² each).

It is planned 12 double rooms and 6 apartments in the hotel and one luxury accommodation unit in each villa. The total capacity is 80 beds.

The hotel has an outdoor terrace with a pool and a lounge bar.

The hotel also has a modern SPA center with an outdoor pool, as well as a restaurant (70 seats) with a kitchen.
