We offer 8 apartments in the attic. Four of them are duplex apartments (107m², 115m², 130m², 131m²), the others are single-floor apartments (108m² each). Residential-commercial object is located in the attractive part of Budva, in the immediate vicinity of Slovenska Beach as well as of important amenities like Municipality, ambulance, supermarkets, market, police station, bus station and University.
